Yolo County Fair Fundraising 2025

From opening night on Wednesday, August 13, through the early hours of Sunday, August 17, Soroptimist International of Woodland proudly poured Blue Note beer at the 2025 Yolo County Fair!

This marked our second consecutive year partnering with Dave from Blue Note Brewing Company, a fellow Woodland local. After witnessing the impact of last year’s efforts—especially how much we were able to give away in scholarships—Dave was more than happy to team up again.

To make it all happen, we organized daily shifts staffed by 24 enthusiastic Soroptimists. With plenty of laughter, dancing, and community spirit, we served up local brews to fairgoers who were just as excited to enjoy a cold beer as they were to support a great cause. Every pour helped fund our mission of improving the lives of women and girls in our community.
